I installed these on my 2025 F150 XLT. Watched the video a few times and got derailed when I didn't see the cab vent where it was in the video. (Found it later on the other side after struggling with the driver's side rear seat release) I removed a rubber plug on the passenger's side and ran the wire from the outside to the inside and then up to the third light. The tricky part was the wiring, which is not my strong suit. The directions were pretty clear, but the color of the wires was a bit wacky for me. Just look at it logically and see what wires run to the bed lights and which ones go to the brake light and conferring with the directions it fell into place. After cutting the spray-in bed liner the lights popped in and the connection simple. A little "groundwork" to secure the wires and they worked as expected. To me, the lights seemed a bit dimmer than I hoped but given the black bed liner and black tonneau cover, it was pretty dark in there. Starkey has an additional set of light for the front of the bed, Which I considered, but the price was outside of my comfort zone. Nice upgrade if you bought a truck without factory lights.
