Want to add OEM-Style Bed Lighting to your F-150? The Starkey Bed Lighting Kit adds a premium OEM-Style cargo box lighting system to your F-150 in minutes! This system gives you the quality that is normally only found from the factory, while providing an easy to install system.
Features and Benefits:
- Lamps illuminate when you open the door or unlock the doors with your Key Fob, and fade-to-off automatically when the truck is started or doors are locked. The lights can also be controlled with the over-cab light button located on the headlight switch inside the passenger compartment.
- LED lamps come ready for a plug and play installation. Our LED lamps are IP67 rated making them completely waterproof against high pressure water spray. Their UV treated Polycarbonate lens make them rugged and dependable. LED’s are rated for 50,000 hours.
- Included is a power extension harness that allows you to seamlessly connect your LED lights to the factory wiring harness by tapping into one factory wire with the included 3M T-Tap.
- LED’s are a White 6000k color temperature. White perfectly matches the factory trailer assist lamp (if truck is equipped).

The lights are a great upgrade to my 2022 F-150. Installation went off without a hitch (minus 1 issue that got handled by customer service). I wasn't too crazy about splicing into oem wires just because I was worried about something going wrong but it went great! I also wasn't sure about running wires through those vents in the back of the cab based on mixed opinions on the interwebs. Although I had done that on my previous truck without issues. Anyways, all went well and the lights are really bright and helpful at night when loading the bed. I did have an issue with one of the lights. I tried to remove it and the lense came loose. Honestly, I'd say they aren't the greatest quality build because of that. However, I messaged the team at Starkey products and they immediately sent out a replacement without question. I ended up fixing the one I had with some glue around the lense but I fully expect it to fail if it gets water in it so I'm happy I have a backup. If you are on the fence about these lights like I was, jump off and order them already!

I got these lights in the mail today and got them installed today. Following the instructions someone could easily install these in less then 1 hour. I spent 2 hours only because I took my time figuring out how to zip tie them to look the best. They give you plenty of wire. I ended up coiling it behind my bumper and tucked it away. All worked as soon as I reconnected my battery. Time will tell how well they hold up. Stoked with the fact that I’m able to use a factory switch to turn them on.
I’m an electrician and getting my tools in and out of my truck in the dark was a pain. But not no more!
Highly recommended A1 product. Buy them and you won’t regret it if you’re needing bed lights.
My truck did not come with bed lights. I called my local dealer to see what they would charge to add bed lighting. The dealer install was going to be very expensive. I found Starkey's OEM style bed lighting kit on-line. They installed great, just like the instructions. I was relieved to read reviews from poeple that installed these lights on my same truck. The tips for a '24 Lariat were helpful too. Took me about 1-1/2 hours. The lights work great! Very happy.
