If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it unopened within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund less Original and Return shipping charges incurred by Starkey Products. For example - if the original shipping cost to the customer was $9.75 for Fedex 2-Day shipping and the label for return shipping costs is $4.95, a total of $14.70 would be deducted from the return. We do not charge a re-stocking fee for unused products. Any products that have been opened or installed may incur a re-stocking fee. If you would prefer to use your own shipping label to return the product, please mention it when you contact us to request a return.

If the product was purchased from one of our dealers, their return policy will apply.

Note: It is the responsibility of the customer to order the correct product for their vehicle or application. We cannot be held responsible for products that were ordered by mistake or were assumed to fit a vehicle application not explicitly listed on the product details page.  

If for any reason you need to exchange a product due to an error you made when ordering, please contact us. Typically in this situation, we recommend you place an order for the correct part so we can get it on the way to you. Once we receive your return, a full refund will be issued.
